Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team and enhance efficiency in the accounts receivable and banking reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and oversee the bill pay process and prepaid card program
• Manage various special projects aimed at improving efficiency within the accounts receivable and banking reconciliation team
• Ensure accurate cash application and bank reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or a related field
• 5 - 10 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and people management
• Strong experience in bank reconciliations
• Prior experience with prepaid card programs is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent people management experience
