Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely account collections
• Perform weekly quality assurance reviews and staff productivity assessments
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary actions as necessary for team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar setting
• Experience in hospital/facility billing and home infusion billing
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Must be reliable, responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance
