Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a remote team of AR Representatives, Administrators, and Collectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote accounts receivable team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Oversee daily AR operations, including payment application and issuance of refunds, while maintaining accurate records
• Drive continuous improvement in AR processes and ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of team leadership experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable practices
• Prior experience managing high-volume support or financial operations teams
• Experience with accounting or dealer management systems, preferably CDK or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
