Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable activities, manage staff, ensure accuracy of customer accounts, and reconcile revenue while working in a hybrid environment from Kansas City or Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates accounts receivable activities, ensuring an accurate accounts receivable system
• Develops work schedules, assigns duties, and reviews work for accuracy and compliance with policies
• Analyzes and resolves work problems while managing the performance and development of direct reports

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with automation and AI systems
• National Association of Credit Management (NACM) CBA, CBF, or CCE certification preferred
