Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the management of accounts receivable for revenue cycle clients, the full-time AR Supervisor will ensure accurate processing of claims and denials while providing workflow support and team development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide workflow support to the AR team to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Support the development and implementation of procedures for a streamlined organization
• Manage new projects and client practices to ensure success in meeting objectives

Required qualifications:

• Previous management experience leading teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Experience with Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate appropriately
