Job Summary

Managing the AR Follow-Up Specialists, the full-time remote AR Follow-Up Supervisor will oversee team training, conduct quality audits, and ensure timely account resolution while providing mentorship and support to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly reviews
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Monitor workload and attendance, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in medical insurance follow-up or insurance collections is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is essential
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is necessary
