Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists, the full-time remote Supervisor will manage performance metrics, provide training and guidance, and ensure quality in handling denials and payer policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and conduct quality audits on account activities
• Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans and improve team practices
• Provide technical expertise on denials and payer policies while resolving internal inquiries

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare insurance billing and denials
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in insurance reimbursement practices
• Proven ability to navigate Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of governmental and regulatory provisions related to billing and collections
