Job Summary

Managing a team of employees in a remote environment, the full-time Supervisor - AR Follow Up will oversee operations, ensure compliance with billing procedures, and develop staff through training and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist in developing department processes and procedures
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure staff receives adequate training
• Run reports, maintain data integrity, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with billing procedures

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Familiarity with applicable service line programs, processes, and procedures
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
• Excellent people skills
