Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable team, the remote Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services will manage staff training, monitor productivity, and ensure timely follow-up on accounts while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to meet collection goals and ensure equitable work assignments
• Perform weekly quality assurance reviews and provide productivity updates to the AR Analyst
• Train staff and address client inquiries while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and information security policies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar setting
• Experience in hospital/facility billing and home infusion billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
