Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a remote team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and provide staff training while ensuring timely follow-up and collection goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure equitable work assignments and timely collections
• Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and staff productivity assessments
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary actions as necessary to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar setting
• Experience in hospital/facility billing and home infusion billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
