Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee cash applications, invoicing, and collections while ensuring accurate accounting operations and month-end close in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the offshore AR team in daily activities related to cash applications, invoicing, and collections
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer billing inquiries and manage the end-to-end cash application lifecycle
• Drive the collections process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting alignment on contract amendments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of high-volume accounts receivable experience
• Experience in a scaling SaaS startup environment preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zone billing; Stripe experience required
• High proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
