Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage cash applications, invoicing, and collections while ensuring accurate accounting operations and month-end close in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the offshore AR team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash applications and collections
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer billing inquiries and manage the end-to-end cash application lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to manage contract amendments and drive process improvements in financial operations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of high-volume accounts receivable experience
• Experience in a scaling SaaS startup environment preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Zone billing, and Stripe required
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• High proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
