Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global team members and provide training on the client host system
• Track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives and identify areas for improvement
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and manage appeals as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in insurance collections and knowledge of the denied claims and appeals process
• Experience with practice management systems, preferably EPIC PB, Allscripts, or Cerner
• Extensive knowledge of individual payor websites and medical terminology
• Proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel skills
