Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the coordination of Accounts Receivable operations
• Provide training and support to team members and track productivity and quality
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and initiate appeals when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in insurance collections and training new users
• Knowledge of denied claims and appeals process
• Experience with practice management systems and individual payor websites
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly basic Excel skills
