Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable to manage the end-to-end receivables function and mentor a team of AR analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Serve as the escalation point for complex billing and collection issues
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate AR reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong command of AR principles and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Experience with ERP systems and AR automation tools
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
