Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist global team members with questions and support for ongoing success
• Track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and adhere to departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in insurance collections and training new users required
• Knowledge of denied claims and appeals process required
• Experience with practice management systems preferred
• Extensive knowledge of individual payor websites and medical terminology
