Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and communication to the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate completion of billing, collections, and account resolution activities
• Monitor AR work queues to meet productivity targets and key performance indicators
• Assist in the development and implementation of AR processes to improve efficiency and cash flow

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, payer guidelines, and billing systems
• Associates degree or Professional Certification in a related business field preferred
• Experience in medical billing, collections, or healthcare revenue cycle preferred
