Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing A/R workflow and serving as a key specialist, the full-time AR Follow Up Team Lead will oversee the resolution of unpaid claims and ensure productivity and accuracy benchmarks are met by offshore resources in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process and implement proactive measures to prevent escalations
• Ensure offshore resources are effectively following up on unresolved claims and taking appropriate actions for resolution
• Monitor reports for trends and unusual occurrences, escalating issues as necessary to implement effective solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred medical billing experience
• At least 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Ability to summarize important details concisely in account notes
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets specified upload and download speed criteria
