Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing the A/R workflow remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Team Lead will supervise account resolution processes, ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims, and provide guidance to offshore resources to meet productivity benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process to prevent escalations and implement proactive measures
• Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take appropriate actions for payment resolution
• Monitor reports for trends and escalate issues while providing training and support to offshore teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred medical billing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Ability to summarize account details concisely and communicate effectively
• Prior computer experience is required
