Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing A/R workflow remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Team Lead will oversee the resolution process for unpaid claims, ensure productivity benchmarks are met by offshore resources, and act as a key communication specialist between Pathology Insurance Operations and the Patient Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process to prevent escalated issues
• Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take appropriate actions for payment resolution
• Monitor reports for trends and escalate issues while providing guidance and training to offshore teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Medical billing experience preferred
• Ability to summarize account details concisely and communicate effectively
• Must have a reliable home internet connection meeting company criteria
