Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team's daily activities to identify and convert new recovery opportunities from invalid deductions
  • Provide guidance to the team on advanced methods for data analysis to deliver aligned analytical recommendations
  • Identify process improvements and engage with supervisors and clients to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • B Tech or Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
  • Relevant experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable domain
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
  • Demonstrates ownership, self-reliance, and resourcefulness in managing a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
