Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team's daily activities to identify and convert new recovery opportunities from invalid deductions
- Provide guidance to the team on advanced methods for data analysis to deliver aligned analytical recommendations
- Identify process improvements and engage with supervisors and clients to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- B Tech or Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
- Relevant experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable domain
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
- Demonstrates ownership, self-reliance, and resourcefulness in managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
