Accounts Receivables Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist for their Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the billing process and handle invoice and billing queries
• Review the AR ledger, research and resolve payment issues, and address past due balances
• Assist in improving billing and contract review processes and handle ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in billing coordination or AR specialist roles
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suites, Stripe, and NetSuite
• Prior experience with automated AR and billing solutions is a plus
• Ability to manage deadlines and provide excellent customer service
