Accounts Representative

Job Summary

To enhance revenue and market share, the full-time Accounts Representative will manage client accounts and serve as a liaison between Hertz and fleet companies, while providing support to Fleet Account Managers and conducting training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of rental and fleet operating systems to support daily operations
• Conduct new-hire training sessions for Fleet Accounts and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders, including executives, to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the rental lifecycle

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Hertz Local Edition (HLE) and Hertz systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong management-level decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
