Accounts Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Accounts Resolution Specialist I will manage patient account research, resolve claim denials, and ensure compliance with billing standards while supporting the revenue cycle process.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct patient account research related to claim edit and follow-up work queues
• Identify untimely accounts and perform accurate write-offs in accordance with policy guidelines
• Maintain billing standards following guidelines from Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance entities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing, health insurance, or related fields (Required)
