Accounts Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Accounts Resolution Specialist I will facilitate the resolution of accounts by managing claim edit and follow-up work queues, investigating claim denials, and appealing for payments or making necessary adjustments.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct patient account research related to claim edit and follow-up work queues
• Identify untimely accounts and perform accurate write-offs in accordance with policy guidelines
• Maintain high billing standards following guidelines from Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance entities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing, health insurance, or a related field (Required)
