Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day interactions with vendors and end users for transaction-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure transactions are closed and processing turn times are met, including securing outstanding documentation
- Provide support to vendors throughout the lease process, including application entry and generating lease documentation
- Initiate outbound calls on application pipeline reports to close more transactions and evaluate vendor needs during calls
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or applicable relevant experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Service or Sales environment, with sales experience preferred
- Engaging and customer-friendly demeanor with a desire to help
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with leasing industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
