Job Summary

To support quality initiatives and accreditation programs, the full-time remote Accreditation Coordinator will coordinate documentation, manage compliance activities, and assist in implementing quality improvements within Lumicera Health Services.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinates preparation of accreditation applications and maintains documentation for compliance with accreditation standards
  • Maintains up-to-date resources for the Quality Program, including quality performance metrics and safety initiatives
  • Assists in documenting and managing action plans for compliance and prepares reports for governance committees
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience in quality assurance or compliance-related roles is preferred
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with team members
  • Commitment to supporting compliance program objectives
