Accreditation Manager - Maryland

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Accreditation Manager - Maryland will manage specialty pharmacy accreditation processes, assist in developing training materials, and implement projects to enhance accreditation offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage accreditation maintenance and branding template policies for specialty pharmacy services
• Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation data validation and compile reports for Quality Management Committee meetings
• Identify and implement projects to improve the accreditation process and gather necessary policy documentation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, preferably in specialty pharmacy within a large hospital or health system
• Deep understanding or ability to learn specialty pharmacy accreditation standards, particularly URAC and ACHC
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
