Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Accreditation Manager - Maryland will manage specialty pharmacy accreditation processes, assist in developing training materials, and implement projects to enhance accreditation offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage accreditation maintenance and branding template policies for specialty pharmacy services
- Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation data validation and compile reports for Quality Management Committee meetings
- Identify and implement projects to improve the accreditation process and gather necessary policy documentation
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, preferably in specialty pharmacy within a large hospital or health system
- Deep understanding or ability to learn specialty pharmacy accreditation standards, particularly URAC and ACHC
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
