Accreditation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to collect data and develop compliance documents for accreditation surveys
• Monitor compliance documents to ensure adherence to NCQA standards and maintain up-to-date records
• Educate staff on accreditation standards and coordinate accreditation surveys as the main point of contact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a managed care environment, or 6 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of accreditation experience, including managing survey/review processes
• In-depth knowledge of NCQA standards and accreditation processes
• Experience in health care regulatory processes and compliance monitoring
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite products
