Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to collect data and develop compliance documents for accreditation surveys
- Monitor compliance documents to ensure adherence to NCQA standards and maintain up-to-date records
- Educate staff on accreditation standards and coordinate accreditation surveys as the main point of contact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a managed care environment, or 6 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of accreditation experience, including managing survey/review processes
- In-depth knowledge of NCQA standards and accreditation processes
- Experience in health care regulatory processes and compliance monitoring
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite products
