Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Specialist - Accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client project implementation processes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
  • Provide virtual training sessions and technical support to clients on application usage
  • Gather and analyze requirements to configure software and validate successful installation
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in CALEA and/or State Accreditation Systems is highly desirable
  • Experience as an Accreditation Manager for a local US police or Sheriff's department
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in public safety agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in public safety disciplines, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new technology applications
