Job Summary

Ensuring adherence to accreditation standards, the full-time remote Accreditation Specialist will coordinate audits, support compliance action plans, and monitor performance metrics while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Support accreditation activities by preparing audit materials and tracking performance metrics
  • Collect and analyze utilization and quality performance data to identify trends and escalate performance gaps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document process improvements and provide staff training on accreditation requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in case management, utilization review, or auditing
  • 1+ years of experience in a managed care environment
  • Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, CMS, or Joint Commission accreditation standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet manipulation
