Accreditation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for various accreditation standards, the full-time remote Enterprise Accreditation Specialist III will manage accreditation processes, collaborate with business owners to identify gaps, and ensure compliance with NCQA and other accrediting bodies.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in accreditation standards and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the requirements
• Collaborate with business owners to gather necessary documentation and oversee the accreditation submission process
• Monitor and track deliverables related to accreditation, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare-related field
• Accreditation experience is required
• Project management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as IHI or DMAIC is preferred
