Job Summary
To support the needs of the business, the full-time remote Accreditation Specialist will develop Performance Improvement projects, coordinate accreditation readiness, and conduct training programs to enhance clinical quality and performance measure outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate delegation oversight mechanisms and act as a liaison for the Plan with Corporate Delegation Oversight
- Create and maintain an accreditation readiness schedule while developing policies and procedures to support accreditation activities
- Assist with delegation oversight audits and coordinate corrective action plans to ensure compliance with all state, federal, contract, and accreditation requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related quality improvement experience, specifically with HEDIS and/or NCQA
- Experience in developing and managing accreditation projects
- Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS reporting requirements
- Ability to conduct training and education programs for diverse stakeholders
