Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II who will serve as a subject matter expert regarding accreditation standards and quality improvement principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement activities related to accreditation readiness surveys
- Develop accreditation policies, procedures, and workflows in collaboration with business partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accreditation and regulatory activities, ensuring compliance and tracking action items
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related quality and process improvement experience
- Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA standards
- One year of experience with Medicaid/state health plans
- Familiarity with NCQA Health Equity Accreditation and Health Equity Accreditation Plus
