Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II who will serve as a subject matter expert regarding accreditation standards and quality improvement principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality improvement activities related to accreditation readiness surveys
  • Develop accreditation policies, procedures, and workflows in collaboration with business partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accreditation and regulatory activities, ensuring compliance and tracking action items
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related quality and process improvement experience
  • Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA standards
  • One year of experience with Medicaid/state health plans
  • Familiarity with NCQA Health Equity Accreditation and Health Equity Accreditation Plus
