Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide personal financial counseling to military service members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and assist team members while ensuring daily and monthly production goals are met
• Facilitate coaching meetings and assist with recruitment projects and case assignments
• Monitor team performance and conduct quality reviews to promote a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• US citizen
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Maintain a national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Organized and disciplined with the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of financial programs and benefits, including budgeting, debt management, and military financial literacy
