Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Coach to provide support and guidance to CPAP patients regarding their therapy usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to CPAP patients during their first year of therapy
• Utilize motivational interviewing and behavioral coaching techniques to enhance patient adherence to therapy
• Document patient interactions accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) preferred
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
• Accredited Sleep Coach certification (training provided)
• Basic understanding of PAP and mask equipment for troubleshooting
