Accumulator Services Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time remote Accumulator Services Associate will manage accumulator-related issues, analyze claims data, and collaborate with various departments to enhance healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Pharmacy, and Claims Operations to resolve accumulator issues aligned with organizational strategy
• Investigate and resolve accumulator-related issues tied to medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health claims using Facets and Macess systems
• Review and analyze accumulator errors, identify root causes, and document resolutions and process improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in accumulator data exchanges and/or health insurance claims processing preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with 3+ years of experience preferred
• Availability to work full-time, remote within NYS
• Medical claims processing analysis skills with a focus on quality control
