ACE ASD Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACE ASD Shift Supervisor to provide supervisory oversight for the ACE Account Service Desk under the Customs and Border Protection Technology Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time supervisory oversight of ACE ASD agents during assigned shifts
• Monitor ticket processing to ensure resolution and quality standards are met
• Track, analyze, and report on ASD performance metrics for operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT help desk or customer support environments
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Sole U.S. citizenship required and ability to pass a CBP Background Investigation
