• Act as the primary client lead, facilitating working sessions and building relationships with stakeholders
• Drive program execution by managing plans, timelines, and risk, while ensuring alignment across all teams

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex client delivery programs in a technical or enterprise environment
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding system architecture
• Proven ability to operate between business and technical teams
