Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACE Support Team Lead who will oversee a team while providing direct support in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop ACE FP Support associates, providing supervision and performance feedback
  • Monitor team performance against metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions as needed
  • Identify and drive process enhancements to improve service efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in life insurance or financial services with a focus on service delivery
  • Deep knowledge of ACE Support functions and workflows
  • Demonstrated leadership readiness with prior experience in mentoring or training preferred
  • LOMA designation preferred
