Job Summary
A company is looking for an ACE Support Team Lead who will oversee a team while providing direct support in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop ACE FP Support associates, providing supervision and performance feedback
- Monitor team performance against metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions as needed
- Identify and drive process enhancements to improve service efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance or financial services with a focus on service delivery
- Deep knowledge of ACE Support functions and workflows
- Demonstrated leadership readiness with prior experience in mentoring or training preferred
- LOMA designation preferred
