ACH Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work From Home ACH Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ACH File Processing team
• Communicate and escalate processing issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Drive process improvements and support training initiatives for team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of ACH processing or payment processing experience
• At least 3 years of coaching, mentoring, or people leadership experience
• At least 3 years of experience in process or operations management
• At least 1 year of experience in risk, compliance, or audit
