ACH Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACH Manager to lead operations in the ACH area.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct operations of support functions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field (Required)
• 10 or more years of supervisory experience in Bank Operations (Required)
• 5 or more years of experience in ACH Processing (Preferred)
