ACH Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACH Supervisor to lead and manage the ACH operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops ACH operations staff, managing workload and resource allocation
• Oversees the processing of ACH transactions, providing technical assistance and resolving escalated inquiries
• Implements process improvements and ensures compliance with regulations and risk management frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of related ACH experience required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is a plus
• Deep technical understanding of ACH systems and payment processing technologies
