ACH Product Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for ACH.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and customer experience for ACH payment products, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
• Drive product innovation by identifying client needs and market trends within the ACH ecosystem
• Manage the full lifecycle of ACH product development, from ideation to post-launch evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and NACHA operating rules
• Technical familiarity with ACH file formats and payment flows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent background preferred
