ACH Product Owner

Job Summary

To support ACH payment initiatives, the remote ACH Product Owner will leverage in-depth knowledge of Nacha guidelines and common ACH offerings while collaborating with product managers and testing teams over a contract duration of 6+ months.

Key responsibilities

• Break down requirements into user stories in collaboration with senior product management
• Conduct bug triage with testing teams to ensure product quality
• Train operations teams on business processes related to ACH transactions

Required qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Nacha guidelines and risk management
• Experience with ACH offerings for large corporate and NBFI banking clients
• Proven ability to adapt to modern technology stacks
• Experience in training and operational support
• Strong collaboration skills with product and testing teams
