Job Summary
Providing comprehensive case management for accommodation requests related to life events, the full-time ACM Consultant will serve as a single point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to inquiries about accommodation events and benefits available to employees
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees, providing holistic case management services and reviewing medical documentation
- Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles and Human Resources, Claim Management, or Leave & Disability management
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
- Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
