Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acqueon Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product ownership for the Acqueon Dialer platform, ensuring optimal campaign performance and compliance
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and deliver campaign strategies and enhancements
• Gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and manage a well-prioritized product backlog

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in customer service environments with hands-on experience in dialer operations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Experience as a Product Owner specifically on the Acqueon Dialer platform
• Familiarity with Twilio integration or communication platforms is a plus
• Healthcare industry background is preferred
