Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management - Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, control, and track facility assets throughout their life cycle
  • Create RFPs & RFQs, prepare reports, and analyze costs of services
  • Develop and maintain processes for assets, collaborate with other departments, and oversee asset acquisitions

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in facility or building engineering
  • Knowledge of common commercial building equipment, asset management strategies, and PM scheduling
  • Strong analytical and process mindset
  • Intermediate computer skills for analytical assessments
  • Ability to interconnect technical and financial analyses for data-driven decisions
