Job Summary
Partnering with Corporate Development during the late stages of due diligence, the full-time Acquisition Integration Manager will lead integration workstreams across multiple departments, refine the M&A integration playbook, and ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired employees in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define integration strategy and KPIs in collaboration with Corporate Development during due diligence
- Mobilize and lead cross-functional integration workstreams, ensuring a clear Day 1 roadmap for all departments
- Establish regular reporting for executive leadership, tracking synergy capture and escalating roadblocks as necessary
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in M&A post-merger integration or corporate development
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and departmental interdependencies
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives
