Job Summary
To enhance successor readiness across the enterprise, the full-time salaried Acquisition Readiness Lead will build systems and development pathways for financial advisors, ensuring they are equipped to successfully acquire and lead practices while maintaining client continuity and driving growth, with the option for remote work within the US.
Key responsibilities
- Own and apply the enterprise acquisition readiness standard, translating it into measurable capability development
- Design and scale structured successor development pathways aligned with the Acquisition Readiness Framework
- Create and maintain enterprise visibility into the successor-ready pipeline, tracking readiness metrics and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, particularly in succession planning or mergers and acquisitions
- At least 3 years of experience in coaching and leading succession and acquisition plans
- Demonstrated experience in practice management and transition readiness expectations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build and maintain enterprise programs
